Loom Nam Khong Pijai (GMS Scholarships) for Master’s Programs 2023

The Loom Nam Khong Pijai Scholarships are granted by the Royal Thai Government in honor of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The aim is to assist human resources development in 6 GMS countries, namely Cambodia, Southern Part of China: Yunnan and Guangxi provinces, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Thailand in any academic program related to the following four thematic areas:

Canada- Myanmar IDRC Fellowship 2023 for Gender and Development Studies

Canada-Myanmar IDRC Fellowship is funded under the Knowledge for Democracy- Myanmar Initiative by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) in partnership with Global Affairs Canada.

Application Deadline for January 2023 Intake: December 1st, 2022

Application Deadline for August 2023 Intake: May 1st, 2023

For both certificate program and one-year master’s program scholarship, applicants need to apply for the Gender and Development Studies (GDS) under the Department of Development and Sustainability, School of Environment, Resources and Development to be eligible for this scholarship. Please select your academic program carefully when applying for the admission AIT system.

The Royal Thai Government (RTG) Scholar for Doctoral Program Awardee – Putu Indra Christiawan

Congratulations to Mr. Putu Indra Christiawan for earning the fully-funded scholarship from His Majesty the King’s Scholarships for Doctoral Programs for the August 2021 intake. He is a Ph.D. student in the Development Planning Management and Innovation (DPMI) program.
