ED77.17 Rural-Regional Development Planning Workshop by Dr. Thi Phuoc Lai Nguyen. The course provides conceptual framework, techniques and methodology in rural and regional planning to analyze problems and formulate a local development plan and project proposals of the study area, involving the active participation of people at the grassroots level. The course participants will be encouraged to use their practical expertise and applications of theoretical knowledge in development planning acquired earlier in conducting the field study in the study area.
On January 2019 semester, this course selected Kap Cheong district, Surin province with 4 T.A.O.Khu Tan, Dan, Ta Khian and Naeng Mut as the study area.
T.A.O. is Tambon Administrative Organisation as same as Sub-district Administrative Organisation (SAO). We used the word T.A.O. instead of SAO to call them.
