Inception Workshop on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for the UKRI GCRF Trade Hub

Department of Development and Sustainability (DDS) organised an international workshop on monitoring, evaluation and learning for the UKRI GCRF Trade, Development and the Environment Hub. The workshop was attended by monitoring and evaluation specialists from academia, international development organisations, research institutes and TolaData. The UKRI Trade, Development and Environment Hub is led by the UN Environment World Conservation Monitoring Centre, headquartered in Cambridge, the United Kingdom. Over the next five years, the project will trace the trade of wildlife, wild meat and agricultural goods from their origin in eight countries: Brazil, Cameroon, China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Indonesia, Republic of Congo, and Tanzania, to destinations throughout the entire world. Monitoring, evaluation and learning are critical aspects of the project and will be supported by the AIT throughout the project duration.
