Introduction
To achieve the broader research outcomes as well as to strengthen the research collaboration and knowledge exchange between the School of Environment, Research, and Development (SERD) of the Asian Institute of Technology and the Technology and Informatics Institute for Sustainability, National Science and Technology Development Agency, a special seminar is organized at the Asian Institute of Technology with participation of scientists from both institutes.
