DPMI Guest Seminar: August 26, 2025

On August 26, 2025, the Development Planning Management and Innovation (DPMI), under the leadership of Dr. Thi Phuoc Lai Nguyen, hosted a guest seminar titled โ€œSpatialโ€“Temporal Dynamics of Flood Resilience in the Mekong River Basin.โ€
The seminar featured Assoc. Prof. Dr. Liang Emlyn Yang from the Department of Geography at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU), Germany, and an Affiliated Research Associate at Harvard University.
Dr. Yang delivered an engaging and insightful lecture to DPMI faculty and students, shedding light on the complex challenges and strategies related to flood resilience in the Mekong River Basin.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Yang for his valuable contributions and thought-provoking presentation. Our thanks also go to the students who participated and helped make the seminar a meaningful and enriching experience.
