We are proud to share that the ๐ฎ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ (๐ฎ๐ซ๐บ) ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, in collaboration with ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐ฎ๐จ๐ญ๐บ/๐จ๐ญ๐บ), has published a research paper in the journal Aquaculture, introducing an innovative Gender Monitoring Schema. The study was led by ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ค๐จ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐๐ค๐๐๐.

This research highlights the importance of monitoring the process of aquaculture projectsโrather than focusing solely on outcomesโto achieve more gender-transformative and sustainable impacts. The study is part of the GENA Project, supported by IDRC Canada’s AQUADAPT program, and carried out in partnership with organizations in Cambodia and the Philippines.
