Exciting news with the DDS and AIT community
We are delighted to share exciting news with the DDS and AIT community — our recent DPMI PhD graduate, Dr. Surendra Tiwari, has been appointed as the new Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Pokhara University, Nepal.
Dr. Tiwari was awarded his PhD degree in December 2024 by AIT. He successfully completed the PhD program in Development, Planning Management and Innovation (DPMI) on time, within just 3.5 years, under the guidance of Associate Professor Thi Phuoc Lai Nguyen. His excellent research was featured in the AIT Student Research Highlights, reflecting both its quality and impact.
Please join us in congratulating Dr. Surendra Tiwari on this well-deserved achievement. We wish him continued success in his new leadership role. We also look forward to fostering stronger collaboration with the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Pokhara University through his new position and capacity.
