Sutida is a forestry engineer with a master degree in Natural Resources Management from the Asian Institute of Technology. Her thesis focused on conserving mangrove forests for offsetting carbon emissions from energy sector. She has more than 4 years of experience in forest inventories, REDD+ training, stakeholder consultations, and local wisdom utilization. In addition, she has experience in the national biobank of Thailand. At South Pole, she develops and manages carbon projects for the Agriculture, Forestry, and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector registered under international standards such as VCS (Verra), CCB, and GS4GG.
