DPMM Student selected as the Social Science in Humanitarian Action Platform (SSHAP) Fellow
Mr. Ganesh Dhungana, a doctoral candidate in Disaster Preparedness Mitigation and Management (DPMM) at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), has been selected as the Social Science in Humanitarian Action Platform (SSHAP) Fellow by the Institute of Development Studies, United Kingdom. The SSHAP fellowship supports future leaders in social science to apply their knowledge in humanitarian emergencies in locally relevant ways.
As a fellow, Mr. Dhungana will have the benefit of working closely with leading thinkers and practitioners from within the SSHAP partnership between the Institute of Development Studies, Anthrologica, and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
